Sore under breast

I’m so sorry if this is TMI but last night I noticed this under my breast, it didn’t hurt at first but today I am in agony. Huge lump underneath the skin and the throbbing pain is radiating through my nipple and round my entire breast. Wearing a bra eases the pain but I can not bear the pain when I take my bra off.

should I be worried? Does anyone have any advice? I am off work on Thursday so will call my GP but I don’t think I can deal with this pain for another day.

TIA x

Looks like a boil/cyst or possibly an infection. Can you pop some savlon and a dressing on, take ibuprofen and paracetamol and if no improvement by morning make a GP appointment or chat to pharmacy. Do you feel systemically unwell? Any temp? The extent of the pain probs indicates further review needed.

Agree with above poster, looks like a boil. Hot compress to try to draw it out, and then cream and dressing.
