Anyone got any experience with the above? Thinking of going over to one of them and I'd love to know experiences. Is Gaya available on NHS? Or did you just buy one, and if so how did you get on with it?

I have used a caya but I’m in my 50’s. Still have semi regular periods but decided the risk was fairly low. V easy to use

Caya: bought it on Amazon (I’d previously had an NHS round diaphragm- this is so much better)

That's super-helpful, thank you!

I also use Caya bought on Amazon. Have used it for 5 years. Very easy to use and no problems. Also use it with spermicide. I’m in my mid 40s, not having sex every day and very pro choice. If those circumstances were different, I would probably choose something else to be safer.

Caya used correctly is as effective as condoms: it’s such a shame this is not a popular form of contraception
