Restarting Cerazette after Childbirth

Hoping for some advice.

I have previously been on Cerazette for 10 years with no periods or bleeding. I was taking one pill daily.
I came off the pill to try for a baby and gave birth 8 months ago and have recently in the last month restarted Cerazette. I have had heavy bleeding for the 4 weeks so far. I go on holiday in 6 weeks and would love this pill to be effective in stopping my periods.
Does anyone have any experiences of taking two pills a day, and did this help?

Personally I wouldn’t take 2 pills a day going on my hols. I know somebody who did this and got pretty severe painful acne and she had never got acne with it before.

for me I was bleeding multiple times a month for the 1st few months back on it and things seem to have settled now. Probably won’t help for your hols though.
