Tmi pic attached..weird clot during period

Hi everyone I'm on day 3 of my peirod and woke up felt a gush i went to the toliet and this clot was on my pad ,I've had them before on my heaviest days it's almost flesh like and thin not like a normal clot and different colour to normal clot .
I wasn't pregnant were ttc so I was testing just wanting to know if anyone knows what it is tia

I've never had one but I'd say that's a decidual cast. They're not a sign anything is wrong. Have a Google and you'll see similar images.

Menopause. I had this, went to the doc, she told me it’s normal don’t worry, it’s the menopause.

I get this every period. It’s incredibly painful to pass. It’s a decidual cast or, lining of the womb and, harmless.
