Anus pain,burning

Can hemeriods cause constant aching,burning pain in anus...
I had a bad bout of dharria in 2 seperate days and ever since I've had pressure in anus,constant pain worse when sitting....
Docter said I have a small purple heneriod just on outside but couldn't feel anything internal...I'm petrified of anal c...as i have persistant hpv but docter said all is good on finger test
The aching pain has been constant for 2 weeks now worse when sitting or bending over petrified

What are you treating it with? Anusol is good, but I prefer lanacane

Ive tried anasol but prefer the one beginning with a s ...i dont no if a small hemeriod like that can actaully cause this mich pain tho
