I’m 52, still have heavy regular periods and am on continuous 100mg Utrogestan and 1/2 pump of oestrogen gel every day (so very low dose HRT).
for the last month or so I am rarely free of a pink discharge between periods. It’s not enough to even need a pad, it comes when I wipe, especially after bearing down when having a bowel movement.
last month I had a transvaginal ultrasound to check on my ovaries as I’d been having pain but nothing was found, I’m not sure if my uterus would have been checked at this time.
do I need to see the GP about this? I’m fed up of going back and fore and this is something new again.
Any other perimenopausal women experiencing this kind of thing??
