Vitamins and supplements in late 30s

I’m 38, recently had my 3rd and final baby and am fed up of feeling unhealthy and sluggish.

can anyone tell me what vitamins/supplements I would really benefit from for my age band.

im slightly overweight, anaemic (am going to try and take the ferrous sulphate pills again to see if I can stomach them). I bought some collagen powder recently which I’m trying to remember to put in my tea each day. What other things can I add to improve my overall health and give me a much needed boost.

thanks

I take it you take a multivitamin?

Im 37, slightly overweight and was borderline anemic but after a course of iron I’m ok at the moment. I stressed about the iron and had it on the side for a couple of weeks first and then taking it at lunchtime worked for me.

Magnesium and creatine have been slightly beneficial for me, both I think have some evidence based benefits particularly for our brains and how we are feeling.

But I’m afraid the biggest thing, and I really know it’s easier said than done, is finding a bit of time for myself and doing a little bit of exercise. I started with a restorative yoga class when I could which is basically lying down! Mine are 5 and 3 now and I’m on the fence about a 3rd baby so feel free to laugh to yourself and think this b has totally forgotten what it’s like in the new baby stage!
