Abnormally Irregular period advice please.

All my life I’ve had regular periods, I came off the depo injection in April 2024. I was only on it for 7 months. My periods returned in the October of 2024. From October to December my periods were bang on time. Since jan they have been 7 days late every month, however this month I am ten days late and still no period with a negative pregnancy test. Has anyone had this happen to them? My partner and I are trying to get pregnant and I am concerned something is wrong with me for it to be happening.

Haven’t really got an answer to this but as soon as I started trying for a baby my period would be delayed anywhere from 7-11 days for the first few months I thought am I pregnant everytime but my body was tricking me, don’t know if my body was stressing and delaying things. Couldn’t track ovulation properley so we just tried every other day to cover all windows and I fell after 6 months. Had blood tests at the doctors etc nothing flagged up x
