So I’ve recently decided I wanted to stop taking my mini pill. I’ve read about side effects coming off but I have one that is really uncomfortable/paintul. It’s been about 3 weeks now, after the first I had a 3/4 day very light withdrawal bleed with the usual period type symptoms. I now have really sore nipples, headaches and constant pains right down low in my tummy. I get pain when I walk, sit down (doesn’t hurt when I’m sitting or laying). It’s like constant really intense period pains..I’ve never come off contraception so didn’t know what to expect
