I am awaiting starting a FET cycle and had my smear test 4 weeks ago, the nurse said its 2-6 weeks for results but usually on the quicker end. I called the screening number last week to be told it's more like 8 weeks as there is a backlog here in Wales so I'm anxiously waiting.
The 8th week would be after I've started estrogen so would be a gamble wether I start or not. I've previously had Hpv and two colposcoys in a row with yearly smears and this is my first smear in 3 years since my negative. Any advice from ladies especially in Wales on how long you waited would be great!
