Anyone have experience with treatment or pregnancy with fibroids?

Not currently pregnant, but I am worried about future pregnancies. I have quite a few negative symptoms thus far to the point I thought I was pregnant, but the ultrasound confirmed two small fibroids that are quite small but also quite painful and messing with my hormones, energy, creating nausea, bloating and exhaustion.

I have 3/4 depending on which report you read! All about 1cm and a mix of within the muscle and 1 on a stalk (pedunculated). I had no symptoms. Very regular periods, maybe a few cramps on day 1, but otherwise no pain.

I did get right sided pain 2 days before I got my 1st, positive pregnancy test. I learnt that with them either shrinking or enlarging due to pregnancy hormones. Sadly I MC'd, but not due to the fibroids.

What symptoms are you getting OP? I was told at the time, they they were too small to be removed, esp as not causing any pain and I was still TTC then. I had a hycosy which showed that they weren't blocking my tubes or causing fertility issues. Why do you think the fibroids are causing lack of energy and exhaustion? Have you had any recent blood tests to check for deficiencies such as Vit D, anaemia or thyroid problems which can also cause these?

I had 2 huge ones and 2 small
ones discovered once I was pregnant in 2020. They caused me to have very heavy periods right before I got pregnant. Also made me bleed on and off during pregnancy. Got them removed when i was 6 months post partum via myomectomy

I thought I was pregnant and going through so many tests and then did a pelvic ultrasound and they found two fibroids. They are small and apparently wont cause problems for getting pregnant, but they are causing me pain, bloating, and i am on the other side - i have super light almost non existent period now. My blood was tested numerous times as well. I am exhausted all the time - the reason i thought i was pregnant also.
