Period overdue negative pregnancy test - help

My period is two weeks late as of today. I had a baby in October 2023 but my periods went back to normal fairly quickly, my cycle is 26 days. I am always regular.
I had some very faint spotting 3 weeks ago and nothing since.
I have done 6 pregnancy tests in the last 2 weeks, all negative.
is something wrong with me? I’m 35

This is me too, but I'm 38, baby same time. I'm 2 weeks late. Apparently it could be an anovulatory cycle which can be caused by stress. I haven't felt any more stressed than usual though and feel like I've had PMS the whole time.
Watching to hear experience of others

Could be perimenopause.

No recent stress that I can think of, I had all the PMS symptoms a few weeks ago but then…nothing.
