Menopause and my hair thinning

It’s more my fringe, it’s so thin, it’s embarrassing. I hate sitting in meetings over teams as it looks so much worse. I’ve tried hair thickening shampoos, but it’s not much different and all I focus on is a few strands hanging down. . Also in general, my hair looks dry. Any advice welcome? Thank you.

@Summerhillsquare does regaine make it worse before it gets better? Why do people sound so cautious ablut “starting that”? Does it make worse than if you did nothing, eg, if you stop?

Also - another question from me. Does anyone get decent advice from their hairdresser about how to cut / style it - and if so who are they? (The hairdresser)

Yes - my rule of thumb is to choose a hairdresser with similar hair to you. So if you have curly hair find a hairdresser who also has curly hair. Same with a pixie cut, straight hair etc.

I didn't notice it getting worse before it got better. Probably the usual horror at "chemicals" and being told a "natural" solution is better.
