is this a clot or something different

i have been on my period for a few days i recently started on the depo injection about 2 weeks ago. i was in the shower and not realised this has came out until after. i’ve had clots before but nothing like this

A picture hasn’t come up yet, but from the timing it could quite likely be a decidual cast.
completely harmless if so.
