Any suggestions what to do??
35. No kids. Currently day 18 of a cycle and I had sex earlier today, didn't achieve orgasm with partner so I done the job myself an hour later.
Around 20 minutes later I started cramping which became incredibly intense incredibly quickly.
Rushed to the toilet before cramping, to the point I was sweating, retching, in tears and rocking myself.
I pooped, whilst vomiting, and am now sat in a warm bath waiting for cramping to ease completely.
I can only describe it as like being in labour.
What on earth. Is this an age thing? Is this common?
I used to get pains like this as a teenager during my cycles and would pass out on the toilet in the middle of the night. They got better in my 20s and I now have pretty mild cramping when I'm bleeding.
