Noristherone Timings

Hi there. I was hoping for some advice please.
I suffer from heavy periods which seem to have got a lot worse since I had a hysteroscopy back in January.
I'm going away next Friday for a Butlins weekender and my period is due on the Friday (well there or there about ). The following Sunday I'm going to a garden party which involves a long drive there and no easy access to toilets.
So do I take Noristherone on Tuesday or Wednesday to delay Fridays period? And if I stop after last dose on Saturday, would it be ok for the rest of the weekend? Or could it turn up on Monday when I'm travelling home? Obviously I'm trying to balance not getting it at Butlins and being over the worst for the garden party...

When i stopped taking it my period arrived 3 days later. Think it's 3 days before the due date to start taking them. You could always take them the whole of the following week and stop them on the Saturday before the garden party

May I ask how old you are?.

I found that northisterone ceased the bleeding the day I took it. When I stopped taking it the bleeding resumed.

You need to determine exactly why you are having heavy periods; fibroids can cause these as can peri menopause. Do not be fobbed off with just tablets, you need to know the cause.
