Upset

I woke up around 4 am to wet pj bottoms. Not wringing wet, but decidedly damp. Feeling the duvet/bottom sheet, it all felt dry. Clearly I’d leaked though. In daylight looking at the mattress, there’s no water mark so I’m baffled. Did I pee the bed or not! Anyone else experienced this? I’m in my 70’s

Could it be incontinence? But on a mild level?

I wondered that. I’ve bought some Tena to wear at night for a few days.
