Mark under breast just a broken vein?(picture)

I've had this mark for a while now and always put it down to a broken vein or something but it's never gone away. Its hasnt changed or gotten any bigger. Worth getting checked or harmless mark? (Not the clearest picture sorry)

I can't see a picture. But if you are worried see your GP. That's the best thing to set your mind at rest.
