Orange colour period blood? Tw graphic pic

Hi all, I’m currently 4 months pp. I’ve been on the pill for nearly 3 months, last week I missed a couple of days of it and bled normal red and have now been taking it again for 2 days and the bleeding stopped. I woke up this morning feeling really sick and was sick bile, and had a bit of diarrhoea and was sick again earlier. Then I went to the toilet and had this colour blood. There is NO chance at all I could be pregnant, has anyone else experienced this? Not sure whether it’s a bug or to call doctor? Thank you x

It could be browny discharge like you get at the start and end of a period, mixed with vaginal discharge or wee.

I wouldn't call it 'orange' - more 'tan'.

I sometimes have dark blood like that at the end, it looks totally normal to me.

Or - sorry - could it be a slight skidmark?
