Borderline Cell Changes

Has anyone had borderline cell changes that turned into something more at Colposcopy?
I know I've got to try not to worry but my first Colposcopy was 20 years ago and I've been fine all this time but it's come back so has been laying dormant.

Yes last year I had low grade on the smear and nothing on the colposcopy . But then again the year before was no cell changes on smear and CIN1 after biopsy . My head is done in with it though , I’m due a smear now and I’m putting it off tbh , if it’s positive it will be 5 years in a row. I also had cells removed over a decade ago and really hoped I was done with this shit. Pregnancy set it off again for me .

I had low grade that went away on their own and then came back a year later so I’m going back to colposcopy.
