Can anyone recommend EMS chair for Grade 1 prolapse

I’ve just been diagnosed with Grade 1 bladder prolapse and rectocele which was a surprise after having being told by consultant after a minor operation.
I’ve been working through basics of pelvic floor programme on a reputable app for post partum mums and given myself the most horrendous piles ever. I can’t sit, sleep or do anything. I’m 55 and through the menopause and had 3 big babies. i’m worried about this happening again if I continue with the pelvic floor exercises and cant afford any more time off work.
The same thing happened about 3 months ago for context when I lifted heavy weights at gym probably as I hadn’t done much core work recently. Although that time the piles were only severe for a couple of days. It’s much worse this time and I’ve been off work.
Has anybody used the EMS please and where did you go for this service?

The GP has examined me since the pain started and says it’s definitely internal haemorrhoids and not the prolapse that’s worse. Thx
