Really worried - bleeding in between period

Can anyone advise me if I need to get any more tests or is it my ocd scaring me.
For the past 6-7 months I’ve had gynae issues. Repeated thrush, then two urine infections and bacterial vaginosis. Some light bleeding in between periods and ovulation pain which I’ve never experienced before.
After four rounds of antibiotics the thrush, UTIs etc all seem to have finally cleared up.

However I’m still having mid cycle pain with light bleeding in discharge (sorry for tmi). After a day or so this stops and my cycle is normal until my period.
Im mid 30s and this is new for me. I’ve never had ovulation pain before or mid-cycle bleeding. Do I just accept that this is the new normal for me now? Or could there still be something sinister underlying?

So far the investigations I’ve had are:

Pelvic scan - not internal as they said it wasn’t necessary they could see everything they needed to
blood test - CA125 levels were elevated at 35 but recently came down to 26
private gynaecologist went through all my symptoms and recommended my last round of antibiotics and checked my cervix. She seemed to think it was hormonal

Ive seen my GP and also a private gynaecologist when I was really tearing my hair out. She checked my cervix which “looked normal”. I am due a smear in Feb 2026 but can’t have it sooner apparently.
i can’t really afford to keep paying to see this gynae, it was more a one off appointment. But if this is still concerning maybe I should go back?

One other thing to mention is that I am absolutely exhausted. I do have two small children and my work is really intense at the moment but I’m so so tired it’s a bit debilitating.

But then my OCD and ADHD do also exhaust me.

Ahhh please help me!
