Is this genital warts or something else sensitive image attached

Please please help
I've noticed these lumps inside my vagina. The last time I looked was maybe 4 months ago and they weren't there then.
My ex had a skin tag appear on the bottom of his Penis and had said it was a skin tag.
After a few months it fell off.
I had sex with someone new on Wednesday and checked my vagina after. The guy was very girthy and my vagina felt weird after. I noticed these lumps inside.
I've contacted sh 24 and they have no appointments. There booking system goes up to 3 weeks in advance and there is nothing free. There is a walk in clinic next Wednesday which I will go to but she said there's no guarantees I'll get seen. I'm going out my mind wondering what this is.

If anyone comes back to this. I know the photos aren't up/approved to show, but they were certain it wasn't genital warts. Just normal changes in women after childbirth.
