Am I worrying myself unnecessarily?

So as not to drip feed:

Last year, I had a miscarriage at 8 weeks. No obvious cause, just shitty luck. I was bleeding heavily and in significant pain, so between me and my OBGYN, we decided on surgical management. The morning of my scheduled D&C, the pain got way worse - I could barely stand, very short of breath and felt very unwell. Turns out, there was a second fetus that had implanted ectopically between my right ovary and fallopian tube which had partially ruptured. My peritoneum was filling with blood - hence why I felt so weak, unwell and was in so much pain. I had emergency surgery within the hour to evacuate all the blood, remove the remnants of the ectopic pregnancy, repair the damage and perform the initially planned D&C. My OBGYN was a complete superstar and by some miracle not only saved my life, but also saved my ovary and fallopian tube!

Now onto my current worry: I have been referred for another ultrasound, but am driving myself batty with all the “what-ifs” in the meantime.
I get a horrendous pain at random. It’s directly where one of my surgical scars is from the aforementioned surgery. It feels like a mixture between being stabbed and my ovary feeling like it’s going to explode. The pain takes my breath away. It only lasts for a few minutes and then I’m right back to being totally fine like it never happened!
Generally day to day, the area around the scar on my right is tender if I press on it, but not painful.
I’m worrying myself that it’s some sort of surgical complication 🫣🫣
Has anyone experienced anything similar?

I don't have any answers, but I didn't want to read and run. What a shocking time you have had 💜 and what a scare that day must have been. I'm so sorry, and wish I could give you a big hug. I hope you get some answers soon xxx

It really was a wild ride - I’m just glad I came out the other side relatively unscathed (physically anyway!) and with all my bits and pieces still intact!! ❤️

Could it be ovulation pain?

I’m on the pill, so I don’t think so?
I had my pill-free week this past week and my period stopped on Friday 🤷🏻‍♀️
The pain doesn’t seem to be connected to my cycle, it happens at random! Sometimes I’ll feel it multiple times a day, sometimes I don’t feel it at all for a few weeks.
