MV140 is the vaccine. I'm not sure how effective it is though.

According to Royal Berkshire Foundation Trust research, recurrent urinary tract infections (UTIs) can be prevented for up to 9 years in more than half of people given an oral spray-based vaccine.

That’s interesting. Currently just a research project though so unlikely to be available on the NHS any time soon.

No, not available on NHS but you can pay privately. If I knew it worked, it would be worth every penny. But I'm not convinced.
