Bleeding between periods

I've had blood when wiping in-between periods on and off for a few years. Started in 2018 and I went to the dr who did swabs and scans and all clear, I was going to get referred to gynaecologist but I found out I was pregnant so this was haulted. Anyway my baby is nearly 2 now and the past 4 months or so it's back but worse. I've been back to the dr who has had to repeat the swabs and internal scan & ultrasound, these all came back normal. My last period came after 3 weeks and lasted about 9 days (totally unheard of for me) I've been off my period now for about 4/5 days and started having blood when I wipe again! I am planning on contacting GP again tomorrow but anyone had similar? The GP just looks confused to be honest so think it'll be a referral to the gynaecologist. Google says possibly hormonal? I'm 34 so not sure if its too early for perimenopause

I've had this for 4+ years and only recently found something suspicious.

It's not normal though OP. Keep pushing for tests.

I’m having this too, had all the tests possible without invasive/general anaesthetic. No answers :(

I'm sorry to hear. Would you mind sharing what diagnosis you ended up getting? Hope it's fully treatable and take care.
