Incontinence second half of cycle

I’ve had incontinence (urine) since birth of first child 5 years ago. Had another two years ago and never really sorted it out. Have just stopped breastfeeding and was hoping would improve which it has a bit. But I still suffer badly from about day 14 of cycle until first day of period. Seems to be a mix of urge and stress, just feels like no strength down there. I have done lots of pelvic floor exercises and learnt hypopressives although I know could always do more (if had time!) It’s really quite debilitating and upsetting. Is this something I have to live with? I’m not sure what else to try. Seems to be completely driven by hormones. Does anyone else have the same? It all started with a rotational forceps delivery which I was told likely caused nerve damage. Feel pretty fed up!

See your GP. There’s a range of medicines available that will really help
