I have this discharge that is completely new. I have been with my partner for 4 years and as far as I am aware none of us have been with anyone else. Does anyone recognise this discharge and what it could mean?

Looks normal to me. How far through your cycle are you? I get similar when I'm ovulating.

I’m in follicular phase (a week after my period ended)

Looks like ovulation discharge to me. But if you are concerned, I would go to a sexual health clinic and be screened for STIs.
