im about to start oestrogel and utrogestan. The lack says to take for half of my cycle (day 15 to 16.) but I have a long cycle and am not sure when to take it! Do you just stick to the two weeks out of four whatever? I’m going to start the gel on day 1 of my period and then I guess I’ll just count the 15 days from there? Thanks!
