Had a transvaginal ultrasound today with a consultant but I’ve left feeling confused.
my right ovary is multi cystic, not polycystic.
I have free fluid in my cul de sac, just a small amount- present on my scan with him in 2022.
he didn’t seem overly concerned however I am!
does anyone know anything about these?
