Not sure what this is but they suddenly showed up one day, I thought it’d go away but weeks have passed and it’s still not getting any better and idk what to do. It’s just spots and it doesn’t really itch unless you scratch it but even then it isn’t that itchy. It’s just red and bumpy and I wanna know what it is and how to get rid of it!!

Not sure what it is but please help!

It looks like an allergic reaction, have you been gardening recently? It reminds me of a rash from something like hogweed.

You could try putting some 1% hydrocortisone cream on it for a couple of days to see if that helps? Or try an anti histamine.

You started three threads about this in seven minutes.

I get that you seem worried, but sticking the same question all over MN won't result in a better resolution. Try the hydrocortisone cream, take an antihistamine and stop wearing whatever has been in contact with your knees lately.

I don’t really do gardening so I don’t think it’s because of that but I’ll still give it a go! Any brand you recommend? I’m willing to try anything at this point

Sorry, Im new so I wasn’t sure which subreddit to ask. I haven’t been wearing anything else but shorts recently since I wasn’t sure what could’ve been causing it. But thank you for your suggestion

I get something that looks almost identical on my arms and hands if my skin comes into contact with my washing line while hanging out clothes.
Its happened for decades.
No idea what it is causing it.
