Absent period- negative pregnancy tests.

Not TTC, using condoms and periods are as regular as clockwork (normally). I’m 6 days late.
I did 1 pregnancy test on Saturday, 1 yesterday and 1 today. All completely negative.
I don’t have any pregnancy symptoms that I had with both DC’s. I’ve just turned 39. No massive stresses at the moment, other that normal life with young children and juggling work but I have just had 10 days off work so you’d think I would be as relaxed as you could get!

I did recently post about possible hay fever symptoms that I’ve never experienced before on another thread and have been taking antihistamines for 2 weeks- the leaflet does not list any effects on period cycles though.

The whole thing is so bizarre- for my period to suddenly ghost me doesn’t make sense.

I had this two months ago, it was the strangest thing. Cycle was 40 days in the end - compared to 26 day average and I literally NEVER get irregular cycles so it also confused me beyond measure. I put it down to having a bit of a virus in the end - could your symptoms be down to a virus potentially, or even Covid? I read a lot on illness throwing cycles out. Now they’re back to normal completely and I just put it down to either illness or a rare odd cycle - it does happen.
