Should I be worried about this?

It's on my inner thigh, hasn't always looked like this, it's almost like it's travelled... Doesn't itch or anything.

Is it a bruise? If not I’d probably get it checked out, just to be on the safe side.

No as far as I know it's just a mole

Moles that change need checking. Doesn’t mean it’s something bad but you should get it checked.
