I've seen loads of reviews saying how good these are but not sure how reliable they are. Has anyone had any experience with any of them?

I find them to make some difference for hair growth. No difference for skin. But I didn’t stick with them for that long.

I would use it again if I had a dodgy haircut and wanted to speed up hair growth.

Following, as I’ve just hit perimenopause

Personally, yes. My nail and skin are much much better and my hair grows so much faster. Although I have always had fast growing hair but it’s much better condition also! I’m 41 and have absolute collagen every morning.

I’ve just started using it recently , bovine collagen. I started primarily for my joints, hip pain and it’s starting to make a slight difference. My skin does feel a bit plumper and softer. My nails are slowly feeling stronger.
