Pelvic pressure, bloating and ovary pain

Hello, started a few months ago with lower pelvis achy pain, about 7 weeks ago had a really sharp pain on the right and felt very sick, went to the dr they did an internal examination and swabs, both fine but felt discomfort. Sent for an ultrasound which came back as possible cyst, they said they could see fluid where one could have possibly been. The sharp pain subsided but I still have lower pelvis pressure/bloating. The pain on my ovaries comes and goes, feel sick on and off but general pushing pain/discomfort. Anyone else have this? Any ideas? I will add my mum had endometriosis so looking out for this but I think that pain is at ovulation/period not all the time bloat/pain, I may be wrong though. Thanks for reading!

The sharp pain sounds like a burst cyst.

I’d be pushing for another scan and a gynaecologist appointment if I were you. Especially if the pain persists. Could you afford a private consultation with a gynaecologist?

Yes I have pressure, a dull feeling like something is there and I'm starting to look like I'm 8 months gone, I have a small fibroid as of last scan and have had two uti's inside the last 4 months. I think when a fibroid dies (degeneration) it can cause sharp intolerable pain but is also accompanied by fever.
