This is inspired by another thread I was reading "showing before sex" and made me think about down below.. I'm really embarrassed as I have to change underwear 3 times a day due to feeling un fresh shall we say. I shower every morning and wash with a gentle soap, rinse properly and then again before bed but I find I smell so bad throughout the day that i worry others can smell it. It is a fishy smell and I have watery discharge. I have been to the drs who have done tests and said they were negative for any infections but I don't know what to do now.. is this normal? Or no.. I'm assuming not

Stop over washing, don’t use any soap down there ! Sounds like bacterial vaginous!

Doesn’t sound normal at all, I’d go back to the GP or a sexual health clinic. Sounds like BV as PP said

BV. We’ve all been there. Get some Balance Activ or Canesbalance pessary gels. Amazon sells them, Boots will too. Back to the GP for metronidazole as a last resort, but the pessaries usually do the trick.

I don't have a coil no... can I add that I've done a canestin test for bv and it came back as normal and been to sexual health they all came back as normal ..I've had this for years now since I was sa teen :(

Try Balance Active for a few nights and see if you feel any difference. You can get them in supermarkets too.

Use the BV pessaries as others have said. Put a liner down there as they can make you feel wet for a couple of hours. Also please stop using soap, switch to femfresh.
