So 3 weeks go i started my ADHD titration.
First week was 20mg Meflynate XL- it didnt do anything other than make me extremely sleepy.
2nd week was 40mg - MUCH better, i was so productive, getting up early, focused on what i needed to, and getting really good sleep.
3rd week - even though 40mg was great i was told to go onto 60mg! and it has messed me up. I had 3 days of palpitations, sweats, feeling sick, like i was gasping for breathe, horrible crash in the evening and feeling so depressed. Absoloutely miserable. I messaged psychiatry uk and have have had no reply so i've gone back down to 40mg and have had that for 3 days now. But i still feel awful. I'm so low and all of the things that were improving have gone back to 'normal' again. I wondered if anyone else had had a similar experience?
