Breast reduction surgery

My daughter is planning breast reduction surgery and we are wondering where to find a good surgeon in the north of England… is there a database?
Google searches obviously shows sponsored results so difficult to make a shortlist.

Also, Tatler used to produce a directory of Aesthetic surgeons once a year with the best in each field. If they still do it might be worth a look.
