Hysterectomy for overweight patients

I am looking for a private surgeon to do an hysterectomy but as my bmi is over 50, I am struggling. Has anyone had surgery who has been a similar bmi to me?

I'm considering saving up, and getting on a plane next January when turned 44 if mother nature does not kick in, my contract ends at my current works so seems like an ideal time, like they do with weight loss surgery, someone else with a fibroid was so determined and they travelled to another country to have it done.

Really trying hard to get my BMI under 40. It's the one area that just wants to challenge my weight.
