I'm posting on here as I feel like I'm loosing the will to live! Very tmi subject but I'm desperate for some help! I've had a lump down there close to my perineum it's at the side of it, for probably over a year! It swells up and goes down all the time and can be quite sore it feels like a really hard lump it's never had a white head on it and doesn't look like its popable. I've been to my GP about it many times and just get told it's an ingrown hair and will resolve on it's own but it's not going away atall and it's driving me insane as I can't shave down there anymore without it causing huge irritation! I will attach a photo (blurring out as much as I can) considering going private to see a dermatologist but not really wanting to fork out the hefty bill but feel like it's my only option. Any advice on what I could use to treat it would be greatly appreciated as it's in a very sensitive area I'm unsure what i could use on it. Thanks
