Will the pill help?

I‘m 38, and haven’t taken the pill since I was 26.

I feel completely ruled by my hormones every month. Around my period, I get terrible rage. Then again around ovulation time- I have zero tolerance for my DH and DC and it’s making everyone miserable.

I barely have to look at my period app, I can tell where I am in my cycle by my mood that day.

I also get terrible bloating around my period and again at ovulation.

Would the pill help with this? Or a different kind of contraception?

The mirena coil got rid of my rages, and my periods, plus you just need to add gel if you want HRT.
