Thrush AND lichen sclerosis

I am so uncomfortable. GP has given me strong steroid cream, a capsule to swallow and Canesten cream. I have swallowed the capsule. I would be grateful for any advice. I have googled and will do the 2 creams at different times. What I didn't ask was if I need to get a mirror and apply the steroid cream only to the white skin patch or if it should go all over? I am also juggling ovestin cream and vagifem pessaries. Marvellous.

Bless you. I have LS. Steroid cream all over - not just the white bits. Do you have any lidocaine? You can ask for this on prescription.
keeping cool will help too so if you’re at home try and go knicker less. I also have a gel pad that u freeze that helps x

Thank you. I am so distracted with the pain I can't think about anything else. I hope it settles down a bit. Ice pack sounds like a plan.

How long do you think it will take for the pain to ease a bit, now I have the steroid cream?
