Period cup cleaning help!

Advice needed-
I’ve just sterilised my new mooncup in aprox. 50ml cold water with 1 Milton sterilising tablet. I didn’t check the back of the box 🤦‍♀️ and now realise this tablet should have been diluted with 5l of water!! I obviously bought the wrong kind of sterilising tablets, I needed the mini ones instead. Does anyone know if this is fine to still use or should I just buy another mooncup?! Thanks 🙏

Wouldn't worry at all. It's just v sterilised now. You're supposed to sterilise or boil it after you've used it each month but I never bother. I clean it with the handwash I'm using to wash my hands, rinse, put away.

Same, and I didn't die with 15 years of use.

I always use a whole Milton tab in a small volume of water to sterilise mine, don’t worry!
