Hypopressive

I have been diagnosed with several prolaspes, stage 3 rectocele, bladder and uterus.
I've been reading about hypopressive, any they any good and where is a good place to start .

I've been going to classes with one of them for about 5 years following prolapse surgery about 12 years ago and it does seem to make a real difference.
