Any MRI technicians around?

I had a lumbar MRI scan this morning, and I would just like to speak with someone who is a MRI technician (sorry if that’s not the correct name) just about a couple of the comments made by the person when I came out of the scan. Thankyou!

Radiographer. It’s likely that you are overthinking about what they said because you are worried.

He did ask “how long has I been like this” and “what pain medication are you? Vitamin d is good for bones”
I told him what I was taking and that I do indeed take vitamin d aswell as b12

My best friend is a radiographer. Obviously she doesn’t tell me about her patients but I don’t think she tries to pass on clues either! Grin She has told me in the past when she had someone with something terrible how difficult it can be.

@ThatWillBeAll well when I got home after I was thinking surely he shouldn’t be hinting at something 😂 I knew when I had a endoscopy they told you yes there’s nothing wrong.
I also thought it would be weeks for the results but he said call your gp Monday the scan will be on the system

Just a little update :) I have 2 tarlov cysts on s2, 2 bulging discs and mild degeneration of the facet joints through out. I am awaiting a review with the MSK team to see what can be done if anything
