I'm a 34yo female, no contraception being used, previously diagnosed with minor Endo, Adeno & PCOS.
I've lost some weight and been taking Inositol, which has really levelled me off, minor period pains, regular periods almost clockwork for months.
Last month, I was a week later than normal, period itself no different to normal other than the time delay.
I'm currently mid cycle post this - Today would theoretically be my ovulation day but starting from yesterday, I've experienced brown discharge which has continued into today and (sorry - TMI - ) some 'bits' have fallen out when i've weed. Now I'm used to sometimes there being some slight ovulation discharge but this is much more than normal and lasted longer. I don't feel any different to normal either.
Any ideas what this could be? I've attempted googling and that doesn't help, I'd rather get some experience from real humans that may have had similar. Not finding it an issue enough to want to speak to anyone medical.
Side notes - long term relationship, no contraception. Clear smear test results in the last 2 months.
