Vaginal tightness

Feel a bit weird asking this but recently my partner has commented I feel a lot tighter during sex, sometimes enough to cause him pain.

I'm not experiencing any pain during sex myself and haven't especially noticed I was any tighter.

I'm 43 so probably perimenopausal but do still have regular periods. No bleeding outside of periods, no bleeding or pain during or after sex. The tightness isn't associated with dryness. No other symptoms at all.

Should I be worried/go to GP?

If nothing has changed with you it would make much more sense for him to go to the dr. Especially if it is causing him pain. He could have a lump or swelling.

Could be the start of virginal atrophy. Walls start to thin and become dryer in peri menopause
