Hi ladies
I have been suffering with this for about 2 years now. Wondering if anyone has advice about what helped them?
Things I am doing already:
Yoga
Breathing
Mindfulness
Taking magnesium and drinking chamomile
Diazepam
Pelvic physical therapy (This made things worse).
That is all for now. I find it a very in uncomfortable condition to live with (combined with vulvodynia) and it stops me from travelling by car for example. I really want to find a solution for this or at least release the muscles. I wonder if anyone has any other tips?
