Lump down there

Hi so it’s a bit embarrassing and tmi posting this. A few days ago I noticed a small cyst on my labia at the top near the clitoris.i have had this before in the same spot. It was small but painful and red, yesterday I noticed it had a white head on it, I noticed yesterday it wasn’t just the cyst that was painful but my vagina in general around the top area outside ( if that makes sense) I noticed this ache and pain was still there today and I don’t know what made me decide to check but I started feeling as it wasn’t the cyst that was hurting anymore although the cyst is still a red lump, when feeling I noticed quite a big,painful, moveable lump in the same area but under neath the skin and not visible, like inside of that makes sense. This moveable lump is painful and directly under the small cyst that is visible. It seems to be what is causing the pain as when I touch anywhere on my upper vagina it is painful and when I touch that lump and it moves it hurts. Hard to explain I will attach a picture for reference. I’ve had small cysts before but nothing like this.

Could it be an abscess from an infected follicle? I’ve had this before in that area and it is very painful.

For reference to try to explain better, the pink dot is where I have a small painful red cyst that had a white head on it, the grey spot is directly under it where I can feel quite a big,painful, moveable lump

I’m not sure. Just noticed it was a small red painful cyst with a white head but now as the pain has got worse I can feel quite a large different lump under neath that one. But can’t see it only feel it if that makes sense, its inside underneath

Could be a bartholins gland cyst.
