Looking for 'Intimate' flora recommendations

Hi, I'm looking for recommendations on Prebiotics that can support my intimate flora.

I'm 51 and been taking HRT (tablet form) for the past 2.5 years. I've never really suffered with thrush until the past 2.5 years and weirdly with my current partner. He's prediabetic which probably is a factor too. I had no issues with my ex partner even when I was taking HRT.

Almost every time we get intimate, he gets a little irritated down there and I end up using thrush cream. I do like my sex with him and we do have an active sex life so don't want to go without. I have been on a cocktail of antibiotics since Christmas which hasn't been helping.
I've sent an email to my doctors (they are good like this) so waiting to hear back.

I'm just wondering if anyone takes any 'biotics' to help support their friendly bacteria or if you have tried any other HRT?

It’s more likely to be lack of oestrogen, you’d be better asking on the menopause board.

It might not be thrush but something like Ureaplasma parvum that you keep passing between each other. Definitely get checked to rule out something that can be got rid of easily with antibiotics. It is a very specific antibiotic that you need so general ones won’t touch it.
